Questions, answered straight.
Everything Dubai customers ask us before their first repair. Anything else — WhatsApp us.
How long does a phone repair take?
Most common repairs — screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers — are done within two hours once we have the device. Water damage and complex board-level faults take longer; we always give you a time estimate up front on WhatsApp.
Do you offer same-day repair?
Yes, for most models and common issues. Depending on your location and part availability, we can collect, repair and return your device the same day.
Is pick-up and delivery free?
Yes — doorstep pick-up and drop-off are free in eligible Dubai locations. Send us your area and we'll confirm coverage immediately.
Which brands do you repair?
Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Google Pixel, OnePlus and Xiaomi — phones, tablets and computers. We also repair PlayStation and Xbox gaming consoles.
Do repairs come with a warranty?
Yes — eligible repairs are backed by up to a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. We confirm the exact warranty for your repair on WhatsApp before you commit.
Do you repair gaming consoles?
Yes. We fix PlayStation and Xbox HDMI/display ports, power faults, overheating, disc drives and controllers.
What parts do you use?
High-quality, carefully tested replacement parts, fitted by our trained team. Every device is fully tested before it's returned to you.
How much does a repair cost?
Diagnosis from AED 75; most repairs from AED 149–199 depending on the repair type and model. See the full list on our pricing page — we confirm the exact figure on WhatsApp before starting.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Devices are handled under strict company privacy and data-protection standards, and we only request the access the repair genuinely needs.
Should I repair or replace my phone?
If the fault is a screen, battery, camera or port, repair is usually a fraction of a new device's price — an official iPhone screen replacement alone can run into four figures. Message us the model and we'll give you an honest read on whether the repair is worth it.
My phone got wet — what do I do?
Switch it off, don't charge it, and message us straight away. The sooner we open and clean it, the better its chances.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Most repairs happen entirely through doorstep collection and return. But if you prefer, we're at Office 203, Rawdat Al Wasl Building, Al Wasl, Sheikh Zayed Road, 10:00–19:00.
