These terms apply to your use of this website and to services provided by SmartFix — Fix My Phone & Computer Trading LLC ("SmartFix Mobiles"), a licensed Dubai company. By contacting us or placing a request, you agree to these terms.
Pricing & estimates
All prices shown on this website are indicative starting estimates. The exact price for your device or product is confirmed on WhatsApp before any work begins or any purchase is completed. No payment is taken through this website.
Warranty
Work carried out by SmartFix Mobiles carries a warranty of up to three months on the parts we fit, subject to normal use. Accidental damage, liquid damage or third-party tampering after service are not covered.
Your device & data
You are responsible for backing up your own data before handing over a device. We test every device in front of you (or on video for doorstep jobs) before hand-back. We never require your account passwords and ask you to keep Find My / device-tracking enabled.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
